Delivery — Vline Bathware

We use a hybrid delivery model. Small and medium products ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier partners. Larger, heavier or fragile products are currently limited to selected Melbourne metro postcodes or local pickup, with interstate freight available by quote.

Delivery options

Australia-Wide Shipping

Tapware, shower rails, shower heads, bath spouts, bathroom accessories, wastes, floor grates, kitchen and laundry mixers, and other safely packaged products within carrier limits.

Melbourne Metro Delivery

Baths, toilets, large or fragile basins, kitchen sinks, laundry troughs and other oversized or fragile products. Available across selected Melbourne metro postcodes.

Local Pickup

Pickup from our Melbourne location where offered on the product page. Select the pickup option at checkout.

Interstate Freight Quote

Interstate customers can contact us for a freight quote on bulky products before purchasing.

How eligibility is determined

Each product page shows one of four delivery statuses: Australia-Wide Shipping, Melbourne Metro Delivery Only, Local Pickup Available, or Contact Us for an Interstate Freight Quote. Eligibility, postcodes and rates are controlled by Shopify shipping profiles and confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Mixed carts

If your cart contains both standard and Melbourne-only bulky items, Shopify will show valid combined delivery options where available. If no combined option is available for your address, please contact support so we can arrange delivery or split the order.

Dispatch, tracking and international

In-stock products dispatch on business days after your order is confirmed. Tracking is emailed once your order is dispatched — you can also check status on our order tracking page. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Note: bulky-item delivery is limited initially. We do not advertise blanket free delivery unless a genuine Shopify rule has been configured.
