Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Tapware, mixers, shower heads, shower rails, bathroom accessories, wastes and shower grates ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier partners. Vanities and basins are delivered across Melbourne metro — pricing depends on your suburb and order size and is calculated after checkout confirmation, or by contacting our team before ordering.
Can vanities and basins be delivered outside Melbourne?
Vanities and basins are currently limited to Melbourne metro delivery. For other regions, please contact our team to discuss options before ordering.
Do you offer installation?
Yes — our experienced team offers professional installation across Melbourne and selected surrounding areas for vanities, basins, tapware, shower fittings and accessories. Installation is always quoted separately after your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. You can also use our order tracking page.
When will my order dispatch?
In-stock products typically dispatch on business days. Actual times depend on product availability and destination.
Are your prices in AUD and GST inclusive?
Yes — all displayed prices are in AUD and include GST. A tax invoice is issued on order confirmation.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — apply for a trade account for pricing and bulk order support once approved.
Can I return a change-of-mind order?
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible. See our returns page.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your products WELS registered where required?
Products that require WELS registration are supplied with WELS ratings displayed on the product page where applicable.
